A family business that started in 2015 as a hobby by chef Don Udo. He started by testing and trying out some handcrafted chocolate techniques and he loved everything about it! In 2016 he passed on his secrets, recipes and techniques to his daughter Aniek and they both have continued the hobby and made it into a small business.
